The research team that conducted the study, “Prevalence and factors associated with mental disorders in a community setting in central Uganda”, led by Dr. Dickens Akena, is pleased to invite you for the dissemination of the study findings which will take place on Friday 14th October 2022 in the MakCHS Albert Cook Library PhD Lounge. The dissemination which is organized under the auspices of the Makerere University Research and Innovations Fund (MAKRIF) will be conducted physically and online.
The study aimed to assess the prevalence of major depressive disorders, substance use disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, generalized anxiety disorders among people in central Uganda.
