Dan Kabonge Kaye is an Obstetrician–Gynecologist and Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Makerere University, College of Health Sciences, Kampala. He holds a PhD in Public Health Sciences (Reproductive Health) jointly awarded by Makerere University and Karolinska Institutet, Sweden (2006), a certificate in Coordinating Clinical Research from University of Alabama, Birmingham (2007) and is a SIDA-post-doctoral research fellow in Reproductive health at Makerere University, and a Forgarty Africa Postdoctoral Fellowship in Bioethics from Johns Hopkins University.
